Bio
Tim’s military background in the Coast Guard led him to CrossFit in 2018. He quickly took interest in bettering himself, and in helping the folks around him in his class. His wife and their son love to be involved as well.
2019 afforded Tim the opportunity to pursue his Level 1 Cert as well as his CF Gymnastics Cert, and that’s when things really took off for him. Coaching was a natural progression.
Tim has built up quite a tribe at the 5:30pm class, and he’s also getting his FIX from working with incoming athletes to the Sacred Pine family in our foundations program.
